Price Listing for 2010
Dura Coat and/or Powder Coating
Riser, Cams, Pylons, Limbs (1 color) $190.00
Riser, Cams, Limbs (1 color) $165.00
Riser, Limbs (1 color) $150.00
Riser, Pylons (1 color) $130.00
Riser (1 color) $110.00
Limbs (1 color) set of 4 pieces $50.00
Cams (1 color) set of 4 pieces $30.00
Pylons (1 color) set of 4 peices $40.00
-- add additional color $25.00 each
(such as camo design and marbling)
-- add clear coat (matte, satin or gloss) $25.00
Sights, Rest, Stabilizers $20.00 - $80.00
These prices include stripping of old finish, prepping, coating and return shipping in the United States
If you would like to cut down on the cost (up to 25% off) the easiest way is for you to do the stripping prior. For the metal parts any good paint stripper will work most of the time. However, some of the older finishes need to be media blasted off. For the limbs a palm sander with 150 grit paper does an awesome job.
Joe and I would like to encourage any one that has had work done by us to feel free to post the finished work on this thread.

So what would it cost to have a Osprey done in wood grain?

I think at last count I have done over 200 bows and I can say this was the first of it's kind. Glad you like it and feel free to brag that's it's the first of it kind.

If you're looking for a true looking wood grain then I would such looking into some one who does hydrographics - aka Dipping. I can get close to it but not exactly.
We don't do the process just yet but we have several different angles working to get into it. From what I've seen cost for just a riser would be around $75 to $100 depending on who, and for a bow top to bottom prices are hovering between $200 tp $280.

I have to add that Rob is EXTREMELY particular about his work, you will not be disappointed.
Much better experience than a bow I had dipped by another company. That was the first time I saw anyone high gloss a camo finish...Rob knows better than that! Lyle

Thank you for the words ClaytonLJ.
A few people say that I need to learn the words "good enough", but I want the customer to be more proud of owning the job than I am of doing it.
As for high gloss on camo -- mama says "if you ain't got nothing nice to say ...." Funny thing is that with the research into dipping that I've been doing, the sealer I plan on using only comes in Matte. Wonder what they are using?

I agree Rob, that's why I left out the specific bow, color and company. I just wanted to make the point that you have to check into the work that has been performed, and your's is outstanding. I didn't on that one bow, and learned a lesson.
