Hello guys. I just wanted to share a story with you. The other day my father and I noticed there was a small problem with one of our bows, so I went ahead and gave Joe a call. He asked that I send some pictures and assured me there would be no problems. So first thing in the morning my dad came over to my house and we took some pictures and sent them to Joe. I was stunned at the speed in witch Joe had handled this issue. Within five minutes of sending the E-mail, he was on the phone with me and had already contacted Matt at C.P . With no fuss or hesitation, they told me to box up the bow and send it in and they would have this matter resolved in no time. They treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. That my friends, is a rare thing. Never in my life have I been so pleased with the customer services that I received. They have confirmed everything I believed about Oneida and more.
Yes I have to agree with you. I have talked to joe a couple times know and he dose offer the best customer service that I have ever seen. I will pass joes name and info onto any one that I know that uses or deals with oneidas.
