Just wondering how everyone feels the league is going so far. Do you have any suggestions or ideas for next year?
A few thoughts that I have are:
1) I would like to possibly see more participants next year. Maybe if we all ask friends, family, or coworkers.
2) Instead of shooting one 30 arrow game, shoot three 10 arrow games. Only each set of 10 arrows needs to be shot consecutively. You can practice in between or shoot them on different days. This may allow people to squeeze each week in easier as time allows.
3) Everyone shoots at 10 yards. Since everyone would then be shooting at the smaller targets, I could redesign them so they have all 10 rings on them, not just 5 rings.

I been cheating, I been downloading last years targets and shooting 20 yards to see if I inproved from last year. I would say use both 20 and 10
yards. When the rain starts here I can shoot indoors 20 yards but not 10.

I wouldn't say that's cheating, just practicing. Nothing wrong with that.
There will start to be alot more talk about the league. The scorecard and targets are still available for anyone to print so the can start to prepare if interested in doing so.

I just want to say you've done a great job Mark, thank you. Targets, scoresheets and your time on the administrative end - outstanding.

Thanks for the kind words Lyle. It is a bit of work and definitely takes some time. The first year of the competition was the hardest to get everything going, though. I remember that you contributed quite a bit and that was appreciated. I do have a rhythm down now, and that definitley makes it a little easier.

I just registered!
I have also just measured my basement to setup my indoor shooting range!
9 meters i just about what I get! Took a few testshots as well, I will not winn any trophys but it will be great fun!
From the only swede brave or stupid enough to enter this tournament! I have a big responsability to uphold the reputation of the swedish bowhunters!
Good luck to you all!
