I have been working on and off since 2011 on a couple of new hinge designs. Here are a couple samples of some of what I have been working with. This style hinge was desingned several years ago. Attachment:

I designed and had a set of these hinges made back in 2011. Attachment:

Hi do you make parts for older bows or just for newer one's? I would like to update some parts on my bow in the future the bow is the one I just sent you to put it together.

Thanks for posting the pictures Joe... hopefully didn't make you jump the gun here.
Can't wait to see the hybrid version of these two items... replacing power cables without having to tear the bow down should be a damn good selling point!

Gerry, changing cables on American Eagle Bows can be done now as our bows cabling goes under the power limb and cabling over the stop. In the future the new hinge will incorporate the draw stop cabling groove and more.

Yes I have noticed that fact Joe... perhaps I'm mistaken though in thinking these hinges can also be used on Oneidas...it would therefore be a great selling point for those wanting to upgrade their Oneidas.

The American Eagle hinges cannot be used due to cable alignment. The spacing for the cabling is different. The American Eagle is a single track where the Oneida is a dual track and spacing will not line up. Not to say we couldn't make aftermarket hinges for the Oneida bows.

Hi Joe, i'm verry happy to see that you want to update your hinges. To put the power cables under the powerlimbs and create a permanent tention and shock on the hinge-bolts is the only weak spot in your construction. imo. If you would finish this update untill my ordered bow will be built i would be more than happy. Or if you are looking for someone to test the new hinges with his new bow. Feel free to choose me!
Greetings

Marco I make many parts for the Oneida eagle classic bows. I will post pics soon once I cut more on the cnc mill.

Amalrik72 I understand what your saying about the draw stop and power cable slot under the power limb. But for many years Oneida made the I and K cam bows this way up to over a hundred pound weight without issue. And my bows go up to sixty. I plan on making this change as soon as I have the time.
