This is my best bowkill to date. Taken in the early 90's with a screaming eagle. Hunting a ridgeline on the edge of some hemlocks and he was cruising for does and checking scrapes. The shot was a litlle further back, only clipped one lung. Picked up his trail the next morning and kicked him out of his bed. Backed out and went back in the afternoon and found him along a stream. Was able to get a second arrow in him and he was mine.

Well I got set up on opening day 04/21/08 at 4:30am and started hearing gobbles at 5:45 am. Heard them all day but didnt see a single bird so at 1:00pm I stretched my legs and started walking a fence row. I walked within 10 yards of this guy and ended up with my first bow kill. Turkey weighed 22lbs 8oz's, had a 10 1/2" beard and 1 1/8th spurs and I was using my new BEII with maxima hunters and rage 2 blade. Had a great time and LOVE my new bow.
