Sprial cut pork roast, with peppers, goat cheese, onions, garlic, bread crumbs and seasoning. Served with baked apple, mashed potato, green veg. and gravey.

Joe if I could get there a day early I would love to help you cook. Having said that, we are 20 miles from Sacramento and you and Sue are always welcome for dinner...... You know what I am talking about

Hi Joe, I understand just what you are saying. And if we had someone to take care of business here would really like to come out during the winter.
That keeping the wood stove going is gettting old like me lol
