Hi TSM, the CP Oneida Engineered Structural Composite limb used on the CP Oneida short and medium bows is the same size as the medium wood outboards. Any difference I have seen in speed is negligable. The CP Oneida ESC limb is an exellent outboard and preffered by many shooters. We have put them on the aeroforce as well as other oneida bows in the past and they work great. The only negative I can think of is the fact it is slightly louder.
