Has anyone used the NAP freedom dropaway rest? I have been told it requires tweeking to get it to work on an oneida bow. How well does it work? do you have to use a shorter arrow because it mounts behind the shelf?

I have not used the Freedom but do not understand why any one would say it needs tweaked. It works with a magnet to hold the rest in place until the shot. As for using shorter arrows you could shorten them for target shooting and maybe some for hunting depending on the broad head you use. The nice thing about the Freedom rest is you have no strings connected to the bow to make it work. Hope this helps out. Gene
