Hi Folks,
last Sunday, my son Daniel tested his new Hawk under competitive conditions at Perris 3D field shoot here in the UK. Rubber animals is as close as you can get to bowhunting here in Europe. Despite a cold and windy day with lots of rain towards the end of the event (most of us got soaking wet) it was a fun day! Joe is kind enough to link some pictures to my mail.
It may be interesting for you in the US that in total, only 4 archers (Zulu and his son, I and Daniel) were shooting Oneida bows. A rare breed here in Europe!
Cheers,
Andreas and Daniel
PS: it was the first time I shot a field shoot with a peep and a scope. It was ok - however, I will switch back to my Pollington Red Dot.
