I just have to post an excuse - not really, just have had some unexpected events come about, putting shooting on the back burner.

After blowing snow this morning, I decided to use the bag I have set up. I had planned on setting up my indoor range bag in the garage, but not happening. Our printer won't work for some reason, so I decided to just take some practice shots and post some photos. Beautiful day. I would be chasing rabbits, but other plans for the day.

I'll try to get up to speed and get some scores on paper. I will be using my Extreme with red dot, Gator Jaw release and aluminum arrows. Need to adjust the scope a little. Right at 20 yards to the front of the deck. Hope you enjoy the photos!

I got the targets printed and got a round in. 29 degrees - realistic hunting conditions with light snow. The Extreme shot great, but I did realize I haven't been shooting on a regular basis. Set the bow to 55, sighted earlier and just finished shooting.

The accuracy of that red dot is unbelievable. I did have the target "jump the sting" a couple of times! Maybe next time I'll wear gloves!

Lyle,
Glad to here that you were able to get some targets and a free moment. When I shot my first week I could tell that I haven't shot in a while. I definitely had to practice and make a few adjustments before I could start the competition.

That's one nice looking bow. When I eventually get another one, maybe it will look as nice as yours.
