Looks great - definetely looks much like a recurve. Could be interesting to see more pictures of this interesting bow. Also without arrow quiver to better see the details of the ends of the riser, tha cams, cables etc. And of course a picture of the bow at full draw. It is indeed a historical bow, so more pictures would be a good thing.

I have heard mentioned that a bow called Iroquois was among some of the first lever action bows - anybody else heard of that?

It doesn't have any markings other than a couple 3 digit patent numbers and "Bow #180". I need to get a new string for it, perhaps I could send an arrow through the chrono at the same time.

Awesome to see a great machine like that still taking game. I have a question.............do you know what the AMO speed was on that bow? Have you put it through a chrono?

I hunt with this bow every year. I bought it used at a garage sale about 18 years ago. The guy said it was an experimental design and was very rare. I thought he was yanking my chain. Nice looking bow and shoots well. #180 on the label. I live in Bridgeport, not far from Oneida if anyone local wants to see it in person.
