The black eagle two weighs four ounces more with added material above the sight window and less material near the bottom of the window. The area of the riser around the grip is more rounded.

So, that leads me towards the Black Eagle II. New enough to be visually plesent, fast enough to satisfy that need, and still simple to work on. I'm guessing with a little trying 275-300 fps is very realistic. Now I just need to find an affordable BE II.
