Both were set at 28.5 inch dl, 57 lbs draw weight, whisker biscuit rests and sims string leeches, same 408 gn. arrow used.

BEII (E mods) = 242 fps
Other = 256 fps

Then, I installed a set of 12 mods, with approximately 1/2 the tail trimmed off. This made let off approximately 69%, with a little stiffer, but consistent feel throughout the draw. New speed with no other changes = 257 fps.

I won't mention the brand compared to, but I will say it's advertised IBO is up to 330 fps.
